1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the identification documents you will submit during KYC verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sule55 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, even if unauthorized access occurs due to your failure to maintain security.

4.3 KYC Verification

sule55 is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Users. Within 72 hours of registration, you must upload clear, legible copies of your Indonesian identification card (KTP) or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within 7 days will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges. Verification typically takes 24 hours during business days.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must notify sule55 immediately if any of your registration information changes, including your address, phone number, or email address. Outdated contact information may prevent you from receiving important Account notifications and security alerts.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

sule55 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and Account status; standard Users can deposit up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, while VIP Users may have higher limits.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may be delayed by up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24 hours a day.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can be requested only to bank accounts registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. 5.5 Fees

sule55 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

6.4 One Bonus Per User

Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Users found violating this policy will have all bonuses voided and may face Account termination.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on sule55 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation. sule55 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except in cases of obvious technical error.

• Colluding with other Users to gain unfair advantage

10. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to maintain high uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. sule55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security
• Incorrect or delayed payout processing by third-party payment providers
• Changes to game rules, odds, or availability by game providers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with sule55 Services is to cease using the platform and close your Account.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.2 Termination by sule55

Upon termination, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified bank account after deduction of any outstanding fees or disputed amounts. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
